Project management and coordination

Work Package 1

Lead: Tallinn University (TLU)
Duration: Month 1 – Month 36

This work package is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the project, ensuring all activities run efficiently and in compliance with both internal plans and external expectations.

The main objectives are to:

 

  • Establish effective decision-making and conflict resolution processes;
  • Monitor project progress and quality, including risk and performance management;
  • Supervise financial flows and project administration;
  • Maintain smooth communication with the European Commission and among partners;
  • Ensure scientific soundness and ethical integrity of project activities;
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all consortium members.

Key tasks include:

T1.1 Administrative Management:
Covers coordination of resources, timelines, and reporting. It includes organising meetings, managing communication and documentation, supporting project governance bodies, and maintaining ongoing interaction with the EC and stakeholders.

T1.2 Scientific Management:
Focuses on ensuring the scientific and ethical quality of project activities, especially in pilot testing. It involves developing an ethics strategy, aligning educational goals, ensuring timely deliverables, and supporting knowledge flow between work packages.
